  • I highly recommend Dana Ailor's nutritional and coaching services.  I came to Dana with many specific needs - I am a vegetarian with certain food allergies and also an athlete requiring nutritional balance to provide energy to perform at my sport.

This is a very difficult combination to work with. Dana was able to put together a plan that met both my nutritional needs and was still delicious! Dana's plan had several choices for me and kept me on track. I've used her plan as long-term solution and truly enjoy my meal plan everyday!

Dana provides me great coaching, counseling and is always helpful in answering any questions I have. She is very positive and pleasant to work with. I truly have seen amazing results because of her services.
